DELIVERY

Delivery by courier service:
The ordered goods are delivered (in Serbia) to your front door.
Orders are sent by courier service D Express. You can track the status of your shipment through the courier tracking system.

With the exception of pre-sale, most products in regular sales are sent within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch to most destinations in Serbia. Exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when, due to the increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer. Transit times depend on the courier service, and are informative and not guaranteed.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes, an email notification that the order has been sent by courier service with the shipment number, an announcement that the shipment will arrive the next day at your address by SMS from the courier service. If the contents of the shipment are damaged or in any other way do not correspond to what was purchased, contact us via email at eden.waterfront@gmail.com.

DELIVERY CONTROL

Immediately upon delivery of the shipment, the buyer is obliged to carefully check:
Is the packaging damaged?
Does the shipment number on the package correspond to the number specified in the documentation?

The customer must immediately inform the courier if there is any damage to the packaging or the product. In case of a damaged shipment, the buyer must contact the Seller and provide details.
